Order Processing

Because our products are made to order, please allow time for your item to be produced before it ships. Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfillment location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email after your order ships. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at seasonandsparkstudio@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or shipped. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your package has been lost, please contact us and we will help you determine the next steps.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with the item you received, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may contain products fulfilled from different facilities. If this happens, your order may arrive in more than one package and at different times.

International Orders

International shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any applicable charges are generally the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
